Challenges we had to face

• With regards to mobile optimization
• Work on improving visitors to the site
• Work on improving conversions
• Setting up conversion tracking in Google Analytics
• The site didn’t have a responsive site, rework on SEO for the mobile version of the site. With regards to desktop optimization.
• The site was hit by several spam referral sites, so we had to work on disavowing the spam backlinks for gaining quality backlinks.
